How do you come to this cost?

Creating an audiobook is a work of love, dedication and a lot of hard work. In order to determine the hours to complete your book, we multiply the estimated finished time by 7-10 in order to determine the amount of hours it takes to actually produce your book. With sound design and music being added we estimate it x 10 for the additional time this takes. If your audiobook is estimated at 7 hours, it would require 49 hours for voice recording plus the audio engineer meticulously edit to your ACX / Audible standards with no sound design making it 70 hours for recording plus audio engineering editing and mastering to your specs and adding in full sound design. That’s a lot of time, but your worth it.
